CONCEPT CREATION

After carefully assessing and understanding the client’s comprehensive brief, we will unveil our concept designs, which encompass detailed floor plans and 3D renders showcasing the envisioned furniture arrangements and any necessary structural modifications.

Additionally, our mood board presentations will incorporate samples of all proposed finishes, accompanied by imagery depicting suggested furniture and joinery concepts. DESIGN EXECUTION

Once the concept designs have been given the green light, we move forward to the design development and detail design stage. Here, we will present all the final bespoke furniture, joinery, and interior architecture drawings.

Alongside these, we'll showcase the selected finishes and carefully curated art and accessories for the clients' approval. Furthermore, we'll provide a comprehensive, itemized breakdown of costs that aligns perfectly with the agreed budget. PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Once the schedule of works are defined and mutually agreed upon, we will proceed to initiate the on-site activities. Our team will be present for regular site meetings to guarantee the execution of our designs in exact accordance with the agreed specifications.

We closely monitor the project's progress, ensuring it stays on track throughout the entire process. We ensure our clients are well-informed, providing regular updates on the project's status.
